SOLO Ristorante & Pizzeria

The art of Italian cooking, crafted by hand.

The SOLO Story

A neighborhood ristorante,
made by hand.

SOLO is a family ristorante — the fifth restaurant from the Moyao brothers, a hard working family who pour everything they have into the craft of Italian cooking. The pasta is made from scratch every morning; the pizza is hand-tossed, New York style. Nothing is rushed and nothing comes off a shelf — sauces are simmered slow, dough is given its time, and every plate leaves the kitchen the way they'd serve it at their own table.

With SOLO, they've built the room you choose when the evening matters — warm light, unhurried service, a full bar, and conversation that stretches into a second course. Come for a first date or a fortieth anniversary. While you're here, you're family.

The Bar & Cantina

Wine, cocktails & the Italian table.

Pull up a seat at our full bar for a cocktail or an aperitivo before dinner, or settle in with a considered wine list drawn from across Italy — Piedmont to Sicily — poured by the glass and the bottle. A short, curated arc from aperitivo to digestivo, built around a house limoncello we make ourselves.
